Since I live in California and have a 1976 that needs to pass a smog test to complete my transfer of registration I am always interested in anything about smog tests here.
I ran across a comment on BAT that I forgot I had saved .As we all know Leno's law did not get through the California Senate but there still might be some hope for some of us . I copied this comment from a sale of a classic car on BAT ,interesting if it's true . It states a new version of Leno's law goes into effect Jan. 1 2027 . Hmmm  |

I think there may be use restrictions for a vehicle with historic plates in CA.
