Is that a 2.0 - 6 decal on the rear window? it is but it does not have a 6 in it. did a bit of google research. its this car. has a carbied 2.0 4 in it. https://www.oldtimeraustralia.com/wp_car_de...-0-litre-targa/ there is a blurb in the advert. says car came to melbourne aus in 2005. i believe i saw it back then when it was first in melb. then never saw it again. blurb says it went into storage. then ended up in brisbane qld. in odd co-incidence was in wynnum which is where my grand mother used to live and where i spent teenage summers. evidently now its back in melbourne. and looking better than when i saw it 15 odd years ago outside my supermarket one evening when i was going in to get groceries. i talked to the guy who owned it. i remember the personalised number plates ---"mr wolf". i mentioned to him i had a 914 stashed in my studio around the corner. he immediately came around and had a look at it after i finished my shopping. but i never ran into him again. there is a story on it from a couple of years back. still with the mr wolf plates. https://www.tradeuniquecars.com.au/porsche-...ayman-s-review/ |
