Hi All,
Been reading a lot about the distributors in our cars. I have found a lot of stuff on dwell, points O-ring etc., but haven't been able to find anything about the physical parts of the distributors. Are there bushings that are replaceable? Are they not worth fixing? Any way I only have one and its on my car so nothing to open and play with. Are there any threads/articles that you know about?

Thanks,

Peter

I found this video to be extremely helpful for the basics - it is for a 6 not a 4 but the concepts, period, problems and parts are similar,
