Does anyone know, or better yet have a graphic with dimensions for the front bumper/valance opening(s) for the GT oil cooler inlet?
I'm thinking about attempting this mod on an extra bumper/val that I have, to feed air to an A/C condenser on a /4. Items would be painted black so doesn't have to be perfect (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . |

You can do it with just the lower valance. The oem holes line up with the valance, not the bumper. If you like the GT look, then by all means, go for it but you can get air in the trunk without opening up the bumper. OH?, interesting, I didn't know that - might just have to try the valance only then, at least as a first step. Thanks. You can buy the lower GT valance from American International Racing. They sell a flaired option and non flaired car option. You can remove the plastic plugs and still get plenty of air flow without cutting the car... Thanks I just reached out to them via email, we'll see what they say (I see no 'add to cart' on their site). I got the measurements from Eric Shea. Out of curiosity, you wouldn't happen to remember the measurements? |
