Take you stock bolt, drill hole in it for grease fitting just past center of shank. Cross drill shank hole . Tap top hole for grease fitting and insert fitting. Install and grease. No more frozen hinges.

Innless I am reading this wrong? A pair are $49.95 per or two sets are $33.50 each. Get a bud to go in on this and it is not bad I think I have this right. The grove that Zims puts in is a help to get the grease to spread better.
