This was on my 6 in the front just after the master cylinder. The car was raced and AX'ed so it may have been something to do with that. I have never seen this Rubgoldberg part before. Anyone have a history on this thing?

safety braker,, gives a metered flow to brakes ..some people did left fronts because of shorter line to prevent premature skidding and or both fronts or rears ...
