I have a 74(2.0) that has issues when it’s hot outside. I’ll drive it and then it won’t start or stalls when stopped. It tries to start crescendo like ramping up faster and faster and when it does I have to keep the RPMs going or it will die. I’ve never had a problem when the weather is not hot. Until today. I drove it this morning and it’s cold outside, and I’ve encountered the same issue. Any ideas? Vapor lock? Not even sure. Thanks. |

Since you're thinking it's fuel related, I would put a fuel pressure gauge on it to verify if that's your problem or not before replacing or moving anything.
