Just wanted you all to know I met Larry and Dad tonight at a Cool local Hot Rod Shop here in Des Moine! Larry is heading back to Texas with his Flywheel, Engine mount, and Freshly modified transaxle. Larry will post pictures when he gets home. Keep your fingers crossed for him. He said he thought he may be running into a snow storm on the way home.

I want to thank John Mc Nulty owner of "The Rod Garage" In Des Moine IA. For loaning us his shop for the evening! John, If you check in on us, Your the best! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) Here's the link to his shop. Anyone that needs parts for a hot rod or conversion car needs to give him a call.

you cut the bell housing off for the adapter plate to get the input shaft closer to the flywheel... why could you not weld a spacer to get the flywheel further away from the engine instead. it is just easier, and can you use the stock fly wheel. i guess if you had to modify the flywheel it would be just as easy to put the spacer on the flywheel, if not cutting the bell housing is less trouble than welding the flywheel.

am i correct and typing what my brain says is hard, i understand what i said but will anybody else
