So when I’m just turning left without applying the brakes, the front and back turn signals work as they should. With the brake applied the turn signals do not blink.
The right side works correctly. It’s a 1973 model. I did install the Spoke led front turn signal boards but I’m not sure if it did the same thing before the LED change. I only noticed because a car behind honked at me when I was turning left. Any ideas for this problem would be appreciated. |

I have a similar issue going on with my front turn signals and parking lights. It happens intermittently - when I'm pulling up to a red light and I'm behind another car, I can see in the reflection of the car in front of me that when I tap the brakes, the parking lights in the turn signal housing go out. When I take my foot off the brake they come back on. Then at other times, the parking lights will stop working while I'm driving and don't come back on (doesn't appear to be effected by braking). I have a hard time re-creating this issue at home in my garage so it's not been easy to resolve. I think I will make it my #1 winter project while it's off the road for a few months. I'll let you know if I have any luck. |
