I am just stating the fact here, not complaining. Your shipping cost could be 3/4 of the price of the item you bought. In my case a set of front hood springs shipping came to $40 with fees. Ouch because the hood springs cost $57, so the total was $97. Prices for shipping are NOT in the hands of the seller. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

Guessing seasonal fees. Tariff only applies on purchases of $800 up the way I understand it. I may be incorrect though.
