Hey fellow 914 enthusiasts!

A good friend of mine is finally moving on from his 914 project and has an entire basement packed with accumulated parts from years of ownership and parting out cars.
Before he decides what to do with the stash (sell, scrap, donate, etc.), I'm helping him figure out the real priorities. I already have my own sense of what's worth hanging onto, but I'd love to hear fresh input from the community.
What parts would you grab first (or tell him to definitely save) if you were going through a big 914 hoard? Especially anything that's getting rare, hard to find in good condition, or carries good value these days (e.g., certain 914/6-specific bits, unique trim, NOS items, etc.).
Appreciate any wisdom or hot tips you can share!
Parts are free to me. What I don't take will be trashed.

I would save any FI components, switches, vacuum cans, sensors (thermotime, etc.), air flow meters, trim in good shape, etc. I gets hard to save and pass on larger parts such as suspension components, etc. The small stuff (as already noted) is easier to store, easier to sell, easier to ship, and can be a lifesaver for anyone looking for those NLA parts.
