Can someone please tell me where the small spring connects to the door panel so the pocket lid has tension on it as I do not see anything. Thank you.

With door card installed and all fasteners removed from the door armrest bin, except leave the topmost, rightmost fastener engaged but loose. This allows the armrest bin to rotate about the fastener.

Then mount the spring to the top flap first, then find the hole in the steel door for the bottom end of the spring and engage it, the rotate the armrest bin up slightly to its final position and install all remaining fasteners.

Hardest part is putting the spring in the steel door hole.
