I found an early door mirror in my stash, set up for the pass side, drivers quality, minor chrome flaking at the base and a few black dots in the mirror, not really noticeable.
$125.00 shipped CONUS,

Todd

Originally you could loosen the spring loaded nut in the center to rotate the bottom to work on both sides, you could probably soak it in WD40 and work it loose but I wouldn’t try with a 50 year old mirror; I’d leave it as is but that’s up to the buyer.
