Those long antennas were all the rage in the '70s in Germany as were the fender mounted mirrors.
The license plate tells me this picture is at least 30 years old, probably older.
The K at the beginning means it was registered in Cologne.
No front license plate for the cars in the background means they were most certainly parked on a dealer lot.

I'd say '70s to maybe early '80s somewhere around Cologne (unless the owner drove all the way down south to visit the factory and took a picture on their lot).
