I'm hosting a 914 gathering At The Red Barn on Saturday, April 25.
The big draw is Ben McFarland @mb911 will be here installing steel flares on @wes Wes' 914.

You're welcome to arrive any time after 9:00 AM.
I will provide a BBQ lunch and likely ask for some of you to bring beverages or other goodies.

REASONS TO JOIN US:
- Meet Ben
- Watch other people do work
- Learn stuff
- See the 914 Ferrari and other cool cars
- Hang out with like minded people

Note that Ben is here to get the flares done so maximizing his focus on the job is important. He's not ignoring you or being rude, he's being professional.

ACTION REQUIRED:
If you plan on attending AND having lunch, please reply here so I can get an accurate head-count for the food.

If it's okay, I would like to try and make it. I can't promise that my 914 will be with me, but it would be pretty cool to meet some other Bay Area 914 folks.

There are just so many little things to wrap up to commit to bringing my 914. I would need to get the motor back, the harness back, install everything, actually be successful in getting it running with the Ljet, and feel comfortable taking a 2 hour drive (4 hour round trip); it's a long shot, but that would be awesome!

Maybe I'll leave the OEM distributor and throttle body on the motor and try to find one of you experts to help me swap in the 123 Distributor and GoWesty Throttle body. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)
