I am stuck trying to get my windows to fit correctly. The chassis is a 1974. The doors are from the 2nd half of 1972 which means that the regulator is the later type but there are no reinforcement baffles.

The triangle windows have almost no gap at the bottom and a huge gap at the top. This makes me think that the rail is at the wrong angle, but it is bolted into the door and doesn't have the room to alter the angle.

Thanks.

I do have some later aluminum window rails if you need them. I can bring them to Carlisle or ship. No charge other than the cost of shipping.
Could the window rail be secured at the bottom improperly? Is the gap the same on both passenger and driver?
