Replaced the oil cooler seals and it is still leaking oil. Start up pressure is 80lbs. Would that cause the oil to leak at the seals? Anyone ever had an oil cooler leak? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Thanks for the replies, I'll have to remove the oil cooler and have it pressure checked. It's an original oil cooler.

I'll toss this out there because it happened to me. Did an oil /filter change and valve adjustment then took it for a drive. I noticed smoke so I went back home. I crawled under and it looked like it was the cooler. I was ready to drop the engine but then thought about the filter I just replaced, so I checked it. The POS Fram filter did not tighten all the way down and blew oil all over. It was hitting something solid and would not seat.
