Replaced the oil cooler seals and it is still leaking oil. Start up pressure is 80lbs. Would that cause the oil to leak at the seals? Anyone ever had an oil cooler leak? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

I just rebuilt my engine and used a new oil cooler from Auto Atlanta. It took some grinding and cutting to make it fit, but it didn’t leak a drop. Had to grind off the lip on both sides to get the factory strap at the rear to fit, and had to grind off some of the lower support to be able to get the nut onto the oil filter stud. It wasn’t cheap to buy like so many of the other options out there, but worth it.
