Need some advise on rusted screws that hold the headlights in. They will not come out with a screw driver. I'm afraid I will strip or break the head. I have doused them with PB Blaster. Whats the best way to remove these? Obviously one is complete toast from PO.

You could try hitting them with a small propane or butane torch if you can control the flame. Otherwise I'd grab them with vice grips to break them free. Even if it's the threaded side for a secure grip. Replace the screws. Last resort cut them off with a Dremel. |
