The car had been running really rough and sluggish so I thought it would be time for a new filter and pump since I had no idea of when they had been replaced previously.
Getting into the job, I found the old fuel lines still in the car so I immediately replaced those with SS version (fairly easy to replace with the tank out and several interior components). I was surprised that they were not changed when the 6 was installed!

Anyways, big difference in performance with the new pump! Was running really strong and responsive, almost like a different car!

Took a ride to the office early Sunday and the pump gave up 2 minutes from my office / 6 miles from home. The pump had under 10miles on it. Yesterday, I checked the power to the pump and all is good....just a faulty unit I guess.

I will be calling Pelican this morning for a replacement.....too bad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
