New firewall bushing and tight in that area no slop. New bushing at the side shifter and some slop there. How do I tighten that up? Should I JB weld the bushing and center it more and make it tighter?

Should I JB weld the bushing and center it more and make it tighter? I would have to agree with the gentleman above. That would be a lot of wear on those parts. I just did this not long ago and the bushing was tight on the ball and snug in the cup. I think I got this one from Pelican |
