Need to make room for a cable shifter.
Should do some rust proofing while I'm in there too and would be nice to have better access. Do I need to replace sheet metal, or maybe build it up some more? |

Well it's kinda short compared to a trans tunnel or exhaust for fwd cars. And there is not much connecting it at the front, plus it protects important stuff from dumbasses.
