Does anyone have photos or videos of the fuel line and hose routing for 914-6? Engine bay in particular with stock fuel pump location. I found a lot of fuel line threads and a tutorial, but they all seem to be -4.
I replaced the plastic center tunnel lines with stainless steel fuel lines from Tangerine. I'm sure there are things missing from the engine bay, but since I didn't remove it am relying on parts catalog to ID stuff which isn't very helpful with routing. Thanks. |

Cold start valve connection removed a long time ago.    |

That line #14 is original on mine; actually I'm not even sure if it is metal or nylon. I can check tomorrow. Interesting the diagram doesn't show the 'T' for the cold start. Maybe the engineers wanted to erase that idea... I have a set of steel lines from Tangerine also, been sitting in the box over a year now. Figure it will be much easier to install them if I pull the fuel tank (done several times) and the engine (hasn't been out of the car in almost 40 yrs..). Just getting the motivation and trying to avoid the "while I'm here...". |
