Good afternoon.

I have a new Dansk gas tank (installed) for the pumpkin (1970 4 cyc). Got it installed and plumbed, ready to put evap chamber (I think that what it is called, goes around filler neck.) The damn thing won't fit. Seems brackets on tank are not right! I have attached a couple of pic.

Any thoughts or ideas about what to do to get it installed?

Thanks

I used a scrap piece of rubber beneath the plastic bridge. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I have shimmed the the bridge and that is fine now. not so much getting the expansion tank to fit.

My bad. I didn't take that into consideration as I 86'd the xTank with the Subaru conversion.
