I'm in the process of recovering my seats. The fiberglass passenger bucket has three holes on both sides of the base. Does it bolt directly to the floor? No brackets? I can't remember how it came out of the car. Seems weird to bolt it directly to the floor?

Yep. Directly to the floor. I just put mine back last weekend.

@aturboman memory is correct. M6 nuts qty 4. M6 x15 bolts qty 2 (900 075 193 08). Plus washers.

I think you will want to place your vinyl floor covering for the tunnel, door sills, and front seat rail before you install the backpad or seat bottom.
