Would someone please tell me where the spring goes to from the throttle body bracket assembly? There wasn't one on the car when I got it, but the hole is worn as though there used to be one. The "arm" with the hole rotates counterclockwise when looking down from the top. I can't seem to locate anywhere to hook the other end of the spring. Any info would be greatly appreciated. A description of what that "arm" actually does would be great. I've attached a photo because I'm probably not using the correct terminology. Thanks.Attached Image
