Is there a way to get the seat to move forward, since the handle is snapped off without removing the seat, at least till I can get another one put in?

Still no luck getting it to budge, and no room in the back to do anything.

I took the cushion out, and was trying to tap on that pipe through one of those holes to jar it loose, but no luck so far.
