74 1.8L
Had clutch replaced and shop didn’t reconnect the ground strap when putting the trans back up. Hence the sluggish starting issue. Couldn’t find where to connect it to the trans, so connected it to the engine mount bolt (ground confirmed; see pic). New OEM strap is same length as old.
I’ve replaced it before but don’t think I used the engine mount.
Where should it go on the trans?

That ground strap attaches to a pressed-in threaded stud on the trunk floor immediately above the trans.

Yes; that was still connected and visible.
Anyone have a pic of the location where it connects to the trans? Still don’t see it.
