Good morning, I’m wondering if the bolt pattern for a type I, type IV & Porsche 2.0-3.2 or even 3.6 are the same? I’m looking at an adapter plate for a Type I and I’m wondering if it could work with a Porsche -6. I suppose I’d need to have a custom flywheel/ clutch setup .

Gonna say no or not easily. So, to answer your question, not the same.

2.4 and 2.7 Porsche motors are 6 bolt patterns and 3.0 to 3.8 are 9 bolt.

Maybe try KEP?
