The triangle window seal install fought me big time. Been watching Ian Karr's Bumblebee video on door assembly. Later doors gotta be much easier. Mine are now assembled except for the door windows. Figured I'd hold off on the rear channel and plastic cap till I got the windows installed in the front track with the sliders. But there is no room for the teflon slider on the bottom rear of the window. Does that need to be removed to get the window in the door, and then glued back on once the window is in place? I cannot figure how to insert the window with the sliders on into the front track with the teflon slider connected. Here is where I am.

The exterior chrome piece which holds the rubber window scraper/seal needs to be removed from the door in order to fit the window back into the door. That chrome piece is held onto the door by 4 or 5 small self tapping Philips head screws.
