So on my windshield washer bottle the neck has a blue tint to it. All of my cars which are all 74 LE cars have a blue tint to the neck. I got a deduction at lake placid for having this blue tint. Was this an original feature to these cars or to later cars in general?

EDIT - and no its not dyed from washer fluid. its blue plastic. the bottle is two part construction. |
