The closest I can put the steering wheel to the housing holding the turn signal and key switch is 3/4 of an inch and it’s supposed to be about 1/8. It seems to hit on the metal tube housing the shaft. It looks like it is set too high. Any ideas on how I lower that shaft?

Post some pics of the front and back of the wheel. Front without the horn pan because I want to see if it's an early or late wheel. Many get switched over time.
Also want to see if you have the correct plastic hub on the back. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png) |
