I was perusing my files on a 914 LE that went back over the pond a few years ago (sent from the US), and found the 'COA' from VW that the owner acquired and sent to me. Thought this was potentially an interesting approach to the PPS/CTCs now available.
Not sure where to source these from, perhaps a VW dealership? Attached thumbnail(s)

VW Classic got back to me inside 6 hours. i can do the order directly by email to them. have provided me with complete instructions. will let you know what i get when it happens. no doubt it might take some time to arrive down here depending on how they send it.
