 Post update options, If I start a post looking for help, how do I get my updates to appear at the top |

How do I get my post updates to appear at the top so members do not have to scroll to page 5. I have been scolded for starting new posts to cover topics that are related in hopes to get a response. Thanks, Jeff

Just keep editing your first post with updates and tell people that's what you're doing so they know where to look. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) PS: If you want to keep a history of updates, just add a new post to your thread. People here are used to scrolling through threads. PPS: And of course there's the handy little square icon next to your thread that turns orange when there's an update and clicking on it gets you straight to the page/post in the thread *you* last read. It's a quick jump to wherever you left off last time reading a thread. |
