When the Sonauto car was at Aase Motors for mechanical overhauling, I asked about switching over to side shifter. Jeff said he would hate to hurt the in-period substitution for the side shifter, says if I don't like it after the rebuild, I could do the updated style.
After putting a few hundred miles on the #40, it goes through the gears as smooth as my side-shifter 901's  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/number40_914.jpg) |
