This is the module sold by JWest for allowing you to run with the fog-lights on at anytime, both with and without headlights on (like modern running lights). It also allows the driver to “dip” their lights as a warning - like during passing on a two lane, etc. I purchased it used, never installed and have no install instructions. $63 shipped.

Installation Instructions:
1. Disconnect the battery.
6. 7. Connect the new gray wire to the original gray/red wire and reconnect both to the fog light switch.
ADDITIONAL OPTION: The fog light switch is originally wired so that the fog lights can only be
turned on while the headlights are on. To enable the fog lights to be turned on with the headlights
off, disconnect the blue/black wire from the fog light switch and replace with the new blue wire. If
this option is not desired, leave the original blue/black wire connected and the blue wire is not
used. (NOTE: The flash feature will operate the same either way.)
8. Tape the end of the unused wire from step 7.
9. Reinstall the fog light switch.
10. Connect the new brown wire to the grounding post near the fuse panel.
11. Disconnect the yellow/red wire from the headlight relay (silver cube-shaped) on the fuse panel.
Connect the new yellow wire to the end of this wire and the new green wire to the headlight relay
at the “S” terminal from which the yellow/red wire was removed.
12. Connect the new red wire and the original red/white wire to position “56” of the headlight relay.
13. Connect the new black wire to fuse #9 on the fuse box, on the fused side (toward the front of the
car).
14. Secure the module with the included tie wrap in a convenient position, such as along the main
harness.
15. Replace the fuse panel, connect the battery, and enjoy being able to flash your lights!
