I have tested mid 70s 911 seats in my 914 and they dont fit. At least you cant use hand brake any more. And I think the bench (the part of the seat under your ass. Sorry, I am not good in english and dont know all the right words. Hope you understand.) is too thick and you will end up sitting too high. Sorry if I told you bad news.
