Has anyone seen these picture from Sherwood Lee's site?
(IMG:http://members.rennlist.org/911pcars/72-08%20format.jpg) (IMG:http://members.rennlist.org/911pcars/72-24format.jpg) He took the pictures while touring the Porsche Factory in August 1971. Cool stuff, has this for the description, at first he thought it was a 9146-GT but was informed of the following by a friend. "...one of apparently eleven built; chassis #9142-33-0014, build #131 0434, and fitted with engine #632-5022. Painted in Brown Metallic...It was the only 916 painted brown." Enjoy, |
