All the cylinder head nuts I've pulled off my 2.0L have helicoils of a different material in them... Is this normal? I mean it's 8/8 - the only reason I even looked was one of them was coming out (think I found why it's backfiring on decel.)...

"Cylinder head nuts"? You sure? Never seen one with a 'coil, and there would be NO need for them. Not much direct heat like the exhaust. Exhaust nuts came with them, and I save everyone I can find, because they work really well. The Cap'n
