I picked up what is supposed to be a 1976 914. It's a 1.8 fi, the tag on the door jam says built 11/75 but it doesn't have the mounts for an energy absorbing front bumper like I have seen on other 75-76 914's. Whats up wit dat???

drivers side A pillar, near the bottom, you can only view it from the outside of the car. there is also a stamped number on the pass. side shock tower, it should match the VIN on the winshield tag and the plate on the pass. side headlight bucket. |
