I picked up what is supposed to be a 1976 914. It's a 1.8 fi, the tag on the door jam says built 11/75 but it doesn't have the mounts for an energy absorbing front bumper like I have seen on other 75-76 914's. Whats up wit dat???

FWIW - only US (possibly - only North America...) cars had the A-pillar tag. Euro cars didn't. at least this was true in 1970 - i had one of each... |
