Hey all,
I've been doing some thinking, and it occurred to me that a metallic dark green (a la British Racing Green) might not look too bad on a 914, especially with a tan interior... Since the factory green colors aren't all that IMO, I'd like to see if any of you have painted your cars in a (non-factory) shade of dark metallic green, and if so, I would love to see how it turned out... Thanks! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) |

The day I brought my '75 to it's new home after sitting in the PO's garage for some 15+ years....notice the thick coat of dirt. It actually cleaned up quite nicely. NO rust; perfect interior. Blocks under the tires were because the plastic door latch actuators both broke and I couldn't get inside the car to set the hand brake until AAA came. I know, bad photo.
