Just got a call from Dan Root. He just got home with the new car. He had said he needed to be home by 8 AM and he has 20 minutes to spare. He said it developed an oil leak about an hour into the trip, most likely push rod tubes but made it with no problems other than that. Now I need to box up some parts he and I forgot to grab and send them up there. Pretty good test of a car to just get in and drive 1300 miles. Glad you made it Dan. Send me your address and I will box this stuff up and ship it off to you.
He didnt even test drive the car, he loaded up and just got in and went. Everyone seemed to like him, he fits right in with the Club. Here is a picture of everyone at the house when he was loading up to go. Attached thumbnail(s)
