I was last weekend in Sweden in Vasteras. There were Big Power Meet arraged by Swedish Power Magazine. Last year there were over 10,000 visiting vehicles !!! So, it is a big happening.
Most of the cars are american. I saw only one 944 there. No 914s. But, I like old customs and street rods too. If you like them too, go and see rest of my 80 pics HERE. This Custom Caddy was my favorite. Attached image(s) |

Thats original Mercedes radiator and it works very fine. Temps were ok all the time during our trip to Sweden. In the highway we drove 70 mph and there were no problems. In the saturday night cruising the temps rised a little after driving very slowly.
My friend have done the engine himself. There is new forged crank, new connection rods, billet pistons and so on. He did even the throtle body and headers himself. The engine looks now a lot better when it is ready. I will see if I find any later pics... BTW, the rear axle is 9 inch Ford. |
