ZOIKS!!! how much of the interior are you shipping? the center portion of the tub? the backpad will break down into 3 sections that "should" be under the maximum to avoid oversize shipping. don't ship it flat in 1 piece. see if there is a "main" fedex shipment center nearby. avoid the small Mailbox type stores, they tack on a hidden fee. before you box things up check for the maximum size allowable before you hit the oversize rate. i don't remember off hand. 104" or 108", figured by adding girth+height. measure the EXACT size and stay under the magic number before you ship, even if it's 1/2", don't let the person behind the counter, who can't read a tape measure, round up. 2 seats packaged correctly should be under $70(iirc), a backpad under under $40, door panels under $20. your best best is to include them in one of the other boxes. ex...4 mags, packed individually, in wheel boxes sourced from Discount Tire went for $17.35 each, from tacoma wa to maryland, fedex. for shipping smaller items the USPS can't be beat. the first # goes for $3.85, priority mail.
