Z... leave her OUTTA THIS. She's done "nothing to you". Nothing damn-it!
James, James, James... 2.4 on your left hand and 3.0 on your right hand. You're gonna pick the 2.4 because it's 40lbs. lighter? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) OK. I'll take the 3.0 (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Because: A - It's Bulletproof. B - It's 200 plus stock ponies with Webers and Headers (which is about the only logical config.). I'll find some tires. C - They're cheap. Cheaper than properly repairing a 2.7 with head stud issues. D - The low-end torque is righteous in a teener. E - The extra hp and torque will more than make up for the properly placed 40 extra lbs. F - It's Bulletproof. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/driving.gif) I agree, it's not the case vs. studs issue. The Nikasil cylinders expanded at a rate that was different that the previous cylinders, hence pulling the studs from the weaker mag. The 3.0 addressed this problem. |
