I have just been very happy with the way my Ebay rockers are turning out. I bought these for $90 off Ebay. If I had seen them in person, I would not have paid more than $60 considering the amount of rust on the backside. Here is what they looked like when I got them. The surfaces were basically straight, with a few minor dings and creases.

This is a two in one shot: THe larger photo shows how I poured POR-15 for a nice coating on the backside. The upper left hand photo shows the results of DA sanding, followed by lots of wet sanding to a smooth finish. Then, I top-coated the bare metal areas with some self etching primer. One thing about whet sanding these - they rust fast! I had to dry them quick!
