Rockers off tomorrow, Oh my God, I'm going to drill into a 914 Options

Tomorrow I need to take off my rockers to get them reshot at the local auto body shop since the 0 degree weather we had in January (even in my garage) caused the paint to peel. And I want to see what is behind them and clean there. A couple of questions:
1. Drilling out the rivets, what diameter drill bit do I use?
2. Any other issues with removal of the rockers?
3. I remember reading here that the original paint for the rockers is a mix of 30 flat and 70 gloss black, is this correct?
4. What are the length of the rivets for reinstallation?
5. Any idea where i can find black rivets? Sears only sells gray aluminum ones.

Remil, First off thanks for responding. Secondly so I assume the length of the rivet is not critical? Thirdly with the second post which list those plastic removable rivets, do you think one of these three would work? TIA. Rgds, Michael
