I need to remove two black mismatched window cranks and replace with some shiny chrome ones. How do I remove the existing cranks? TIA Rgds, Michael

Just pull on the plastic covering of the crank on the round part (not the turn knob), once unclipped, you should see a phillips screw, that's it.
