Well, I got the new rear tires on my car on Saturday morning and today while driving my car, Brad and I hear a piece of metal ping, something hits the side of my car and we thought it was something that someone else might have chucked...so later I notice a nice ding/scratch in the side of my car and then notice when I get home that the center cap on my rear wheel is gone. SOaB!!!

Amazing, I've put maybe between 30,000 and 40,000 miles on the car (on the old tires) and managed to not lose a single center cap and Discount Tire puts on my new tires and I lose one two days later.

Brad says to call them and tell them to replace it since they obviously didn't put it back on right.

How much is a new one going to cost?

OH...and the front end is STILL not balanced right. They really suck at this.

I have a couple extra center caps. I'll send ya one.
What kind and what did they look like? My extra's are likely to have a scratch or two on them.
3-prong? I think thats all I have. And none of mine are polished.
I actually need one with the ring on back for my one mis-matched wheel.
If your standards are low (I always say your standards should be proportional to your budget) - then email me and I'll send you one,
Bob O

p.s. BUT include your email address- I find that this emailing system doesn't always do that.
